Ensuring implementation success and effectively handling the crisis
- Restructuring Management
In addition to taking the proper action, successfully handling crises first and foremost requires stringent and efficient restructuring processes as well as a professional and experienced restructuring team. As a result, we pay special attention to the selection of involved parties and work to provide open and fact oriented communication amongst all of the parties involved.
When we lay out plans for restructuring management, we follow few pragmatic and goal oriented management principles. As a result, we achieve high levels of responsibility, motivation from those involved in the process, which leads to a quick restructuring implementation.
At the same time, we recognize the necessary changes in the business organization and decision making processes. The results of these management concepts are incorporated; external specialists, intermin managers and new executives are optimally integrated into structures and workflows as well as the overall project organization.
- Implementation and Restructuring Oversight
Successful restructuring is not the result of a professional restructuring concept alone. Concepts, by themselves, do not result in anything -- they must be operationalized and implemented.
Within the scope of the developed plannning metrics and in order to maintain the set deadlines/milestones, consequent and stringent implementation and restructuring oversight remains indispensible.
- Appointing Chief Restructuring Officers (CRO)
Expediting restructuring success depends on managementīs ability to promptly implement all conceptually developed planning metrics and not to bring about any internal resistence resulting in delays. By appointing your own CROs, who are temporarily serve this role given their managerial authority and expertise, you ensure a prompt successful implementation (also refer to Chief Restructuring Officer).
